Janette Briceno

Janette Briceno (she/her) is the Administrative Officer/Lab Manager for the Lazer Lab at the Network Science Institute and directly supports Prof. David Lazer. She serves a dual role administratively at the lab and the institute. Janette holds a Master of Education and in 2020 she was recognized as a recipient of the Outstanding Staff Award by the College of Social Sciences and Humanities.

In 2022, Janette successfully completed the Partnership Fellows Program which is geared towards leadership development for innovation and growth. She also serves as a Staff Ambassador, welcoming and training new employees at the College of Social Sciences and Humanities. Additionally, Janette is an EcoAmbassador with the Office of Sustainability and Energy management at Northeastern University.

Volunteer: Treasurer - Courageous Conversations Towards Racial Justice in Milton, MA.

Hobbies: Traveling the world and ballroom dancing.
