Professor Giovanni Petri at the Network Science Institute at Northeastern University London is a recipient of the prestigious European Research Council Consolidator Grant!

This nearly €2M grant will support Dr. Petri’s project the "Reconstruction and Unification of Neural and Ecological Systems" (RUNES), a groundbreaking research on higher-order interactions that investigates how our brain processes and coordinates multiple simultaneous inputs, and how group interactions evolve in dynamic social situations. With new experiments and advanced mathematical models, Dr. Petri's team aims to redefine our understanding of complex systems in neuroscience and social science, marking a significant milestone for NetSI London as it conducts its first independent experiments.
